Marketing Strategy
What is marketing? Marketing is simply the act of informing as many people as you can about what you do! The concept is simple, but developing an executable plan that will provide effective results requires knowledge and experience. Your specific marketing plan begins with you, the orthodontist. What do you want from your practice and your personal life? Most orthodontists work full-time as employees in their own business and find it difficult to make the time commitment required to manage and lead their business. Everyday obligations and distractions create barriers to your goals. In fact, we have found that most orthodontic businesses do not have clearly defined goals to work towards and measure against.
