OrthoCAD has formed a special alliance with UPS to overnight impressions by air to the OrthoCAD Service Center. The shipping service is guaranteed so the impressions are received the following business morning, regardless of their location of origin. 

To Schedule a pick up, simply call 1-800-PICK-UPS or got to www.UPS.com.

Shipping Supplies

Shipping supplies are replenished automatically based on the number of impressions that reach the OrthoCAD Service Center. However, if for some reason the office is running low on supplies, please contact the Shipping Department at 1-800-577-8767 or send an e-mail to support@orthocad.com.

OrthoCAD customers who are not US based also have to fill out a US Customs Invoice for each shipment.

Cold Weather Advisory

For shipments in the winter months of November to March, please be aware of the following:  all alginate impressions can freeze during shipping due to colder temperatures.  To avoid potential frozen impressions, please add one tablespoon of rubbing alcohol to each baggy prior to shipping. If you normally use a drop box to ship your alginate impressions, consider calling UPS for a pick-up during these particular months.
